Hair health comes first. Color techniques are chosen to limit damage, and deep-conditioning treatments are used before and after coloring to protect and strengthen the hair. Professional-grade products are used, and they can be adjusted for a client's sensitivities or concerns.

A visit usually starts with a free consultation to talk through styles, colors and treatments in light of a client's hair goals and daily life. A separate hair consultation is also offered at a variable price, with test strands included when needed; the booking site lists it at 30 minutes. Clients can book by phone, email or through the online booking system.

For upkeep, trims are recommended every 6 to 8 weeks and color touch-ups every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the color and how quickly the hair grows. The portfolio gallery shows before-and-after work.
