Glossed Collective

Amber Gallegos has run Glossed Collective since March 2022 and opened it to build a salon culture around connection, collaboration and authenticity. The salon describes itself as a luxury salon community and says its environment is warm and supportive, with each client's experience at the center.

Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Clients book through the Book Online tab or by texting the number shown under their preferred stylist's photo. A booking request asks for first and last name, a current photo of the hair, an inspiration photo, a preferred day and time, and a stylist preference. Evening and weekend times are in high demand, so clients are encouraged to book their next service before leaving the salon.

Late arrivals are accommodated when possible, though a significantly late arrival may need to be rescheduled. Children are welcome only when they are receiving a paid service. Prices can change, so clients should confirm current pricing with their stylist or on the website. Reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Without that notice, 50% of the booked services is due before the next appointment can be booked, and a missed appointment carries a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

The salon does not offer refunds. Clients unhappy with a service should contact their stylist within one week for adjustments, and complimentary services are not provided after that week. Questions about policies go to Amber Gallegos at (469) 380-1959.
