Lash extension services run from a first full set to fills, with removal done at the studio. Full sets take about 140 minutes, and a fill must be booked within 21 days of the previous visit and needs at least 40 percent of the extensions still in place. A full set is recommended when less than half the extensions remain or the last fill was more than three weeks ago. Extensions usually last two to four weeks, and touch-ups every two to three weeks are suggested. New clients coming from another lash artist can book a foreign fill, which the studio says is not always guaranteed and depends on the existing set being safe for natural lashes.

Lift and tint services include a classic lash lift, a lift with tint, and a Korean lash lift with or without tint. Korean lifts use the MIKO system by LashBox LA, and the studio says results typically last six to eight weeks depending on natural lash cycle and lifestyle. Lash tint on its own is a semi-permanent dye that darkens lashes for roughly four to six weeks. The lift and tint services are described as a perm-like process made without parabens or formaldehyde, and the studio offers a satisfaction guarantee on them.

Signature lash sets are named designs: Custom Mapping for a pattern shaped to the eye, Natural Elegance for a minimal lift and tint, Everyday Glamour for balanced volume with low upkeep, Incredible Value as an affordable option, Mega-Volume for occasions and dramatic looks, and Ultra-Dark Drama for evening wear. Lift and tint options also include Full, Luxurious Lift and Tint, Top and Bottom Customization, and Ultra-Natural Enhancement for a soft look without extensions.

Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius or by phone. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup for a full set, and makeup other than mascara can be worn with extensions. After a Korean lash lift, clients should avoid water, steam, heavy sweating, eye makeup and oil-based products around the eyes for 24 hours. Lash training is also offered, with the studio saying its courses are powered by LashBox LA education and standards.

The studio focuses on each client's set and on keeping natural lashes healthy, using medical-grade adhesives and offering hypoallergenic options and custom designs for sensitive eyes.

Calming music and scented air are part of the studio, and the lash bed has an optional heating pad.
