Everything is booked by appointment through Besmi, which shows current services, prices and openings. The address and parking details arrive with the booking confirmation. New clients pay a 50% deposit when they book. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice given directly to the artist; later changes carry a fee of 50% to 100% of the service, and a no-show is charged the full scheduled service. Extra guests are not permitted, so clients wait in the lobby and text when they arrive rather than knocking on the suite door.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, custom-mapped to each client's eye shape. The studio uses Lash Apothecary's plant-based, acrylate-free, opal-free adhesive, and extensions are light-cured with a UV LED system, which the salon says reduces fumes and irritation. Full sets cost the same whatever the style or color. Maintenance fills are scheduled every two to three weeks, and a fill booked more than 21 days after the last appointment is priced as a full set. Clients with a past reaction to any lash adhesive book a patch test before a full set.

Lash lifts and tints, brow bar services and waxing round out the menu. Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes, free of makeup and debris.

Built around a plant-based, low-irritation adhesive and UV LED light-curing, with each set mapped to the client's eye shape.

Each appointment happens in a private suite inside a shared salon suites building.
