Lash services range from lifts and tints to extension fills and full sets. Extension options include classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with add-ons for color and glitter. Brow work covers tinting, lamination, and a hybrid stain that colors the skin and brow hairs. Threading is available for brows, lips, a brow and lip pairing, and full face. Combination packages pair lash and brow services together, and a one-on-one makeup lesson covers application technique, product choice, and shades and tools.

Hosted events can be booked for parties and girls' nights, with lash, brow and makeup services, along with decor such as balloon garlands and backdrops. Event bookings and pricing are arranged directly with Sarah.

The studio also offers training. The Master Lash Course is a two-day intensive of roughly six hours a day, with one-on-one hands-on instruction, a certificate, and a professional Master Lash kit. A separate Lash Lift and Brow Lamination training can be booked on its own or together, and includes one-on-one instruction and a starter kit. Friends who take the Master Lash Course together can access group pricing and discounts.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM. Clients have a 24-hour window to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations are made by notifying Sarah on Instagram or by phone, and a 50% fee applies to the service, rising to the full price for cancellations within three hours of the appointment. Lash fills require at least 40% of extensions still intact and must be booked within 21 days of the last fill or full set. Lash touch-ups must be booked within 7 days of the last lash appointment and are not available for lashes applied elsewhere, so clients with lashes applied elsewhere need a lash removal first.
