The menu covers hands and feet, lashes, brows, facial and body waxing, permanent makeup, and skin treatments. Notable items include the TruuU Russian Manicure, which removes cuticle with an e-file rather than cutting it, the Korean Glass Skin Ritual, and the Ashley Exclusive brow, lash lift and full body waxing services, which are offered only with Ashley. Princess mini services are available for young guests with a parent or guardian.

Clients should arrive five to ten minutes early for their consultation. Free parking is right outside the studio door. The rooms are bright and the finishes are clean, which the studio describes as soft luxury. For lash and waxing services, clients are asked to come with clean skin and no mascara, oils or heavy moisturizer on the treated area.

Walk-ins are accepted when a chair is free, but reserved appointments come first, and Sundays are by appointment only. A 50% non-refundable deposit applies to services priced $50 and up, with a card on file, and rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Gratuity is optional and not added automatically. Gift cards can be bought online or at the front desk and used toward any service or product.

TruuU Academy runs small-group, hands-on courses taught by Kim Hong. The courses cover lash extension masterclasses, permanent makeup technique and application, and client consultation skills.

Each appointment begins with a consultation covering face shape, lifestyle and maintenance preferences.
