Colour work is the core of the menu, from lived-in color and balayage to highlights, root touch-ups for grey coverage, and semi-permanent toner or gloss for blonde and brunette shades. Most color services include a full blowout, and haircuts are offered in a signature style for long hair. Each client receives a personalized approach.

Before booking, clients are asked to read each service description so enough time is reserved. Appointments are not taken more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start, and clients more than 15 minutes late are charged as a no-show. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full appointment cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

The salon is open Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from early morning or mid-morning until 7 PM, with a shorter Tuesday schedule, and it is closed Wednesday and Sunday.

Each client is given a personalized approach, with color and cuts shaped around what they want.
