The color menu runs from quick gloss refreshes and hairline foil or paint to blended color, partial and full highlights, freehand balayage and foiliyage, which combines foils with balayage. Bleach and tone and color correction are booked by consultation, and color correction starts at $900. First-time color clients need a complimentary consultation before booking. Vivid fashion hues can be added to existing highlights or balayage. Smart tab and hand tied extensions are by consultation only, and bridal extension pricing is handled by email. Haircut and styling services include a haircut, a blowout, a WellaPlex treatment, a keratin smoothing treatment and deep conditioning add-ons. Bang and neck trims are complimentary for existing clients.

Booking policies are firm. A 50% deposit secures a requested service and date and is credited toward the services provided. Changes to appointments with Alyssa need 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Cancellations with less notice are invoiced at 50% of the missed services, or 100% for same-day cancellations. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. The salon communicates by text and email only, with email replies taking up to 72 hours and text replies up to 48 hours. Products bought from the salon can be returned for an exchange.

Parking includes six free two-hour spots beside the salon on both sides of the street, free residential parking with no time limit half a block up Evanston Avenue, and a paid public lot half a block away on 85th Street with pay by phone available.

Aims for hair that looks good and stays easy to maintain between salon visits, with color that can be refreshed without frequent full appointments.
