Each new client can book a free consultation with no pressure to commit. Permanent makeup follows a set order: consultation, shaping and mapping, custom color, then application. A perfecting touch-up session about 6 to 8 weeks later is included in the first appointment price, and every brow and lip appointment includes that session. Clients approve the shape and color before any pigment is applied. Healing usually takes about 7 to 10 days, and aftercare asks clients to keep the area clean and dry and to avoid heavy sweating and direct sun.

The studio uses fully single-use supplies and a topical numbing cream for comfort.
