Lash visits begin with a consultation. For eyelash extensions, the artist interviews the client before application, then tailors the style to the client's preferences for curl, thickness, length, color and silk. Extensions are applied one at a time with tweezers and dipped in lash glue at the end. The studio offers classic, mega classic, hybrid, wispy, Russian and mega volume sets, plus fills, and a lash lift and tint service using keratin, vitamin E, vitamin D and tint, with results said to last 6 to 8 weeks. A lash lift, tint and Botox option is also listed. Lash removal uses a special remover and takes about ten minutes.

The brow bar offers eyebrow sculpting, which is a one-hour appointment using henna tint along with tweezing or waxing, and brow lamination, which restructures brow hairs to hold a set shape. Permanent makeup services include lip blushing, which is a semi-permanent tattoo in a usually natural color and is not lip filler, plus ombre powder eyebrows and eyeliner. Booking terms are set out clearly. Fills are only done when at least half of the previous work remains and must be booked within three weeks; after three weeks the lashes are removed and a new set is built. Touch-ups must be booked up to three weeks ahead and cover at least half of the previous work. Online bookings are confirmed by the studio and require a credit card on file. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full cost. Same-day appointments are sometimes available, and clients are asked to call. For people interested in training, the studio offers a beginner Classic lash course over two days, combining theory, mannequin practice and a live model. Training packages are priced at 1,300 dollars (Basic), 1,500 dollars (Standard) and 2,000 dollars (Private), each with a 500 dollar deposit that is non-refundable but can be applied to other classes. Students receive a kit valued at 250 dollars, a certificate of completion and a 20 percent discount on Michelle Lashes products after the course.
