The haircut menu covers a wide range of clients. There are fixed-price cuts for men and boys, including a Servicemen Haircut for police, military and firefighters, a Distinguished Haircut for clients 65 and older, and a Student Cut for anyone 12 and up. Children 12 and under have their own cut, which includes a neckline and ear cleanup. Longer cuts include the Elite Cut, which pairs a precision cut with a straight razor neck shave and finishing styling, and the Legend Haircut, which adds a tailored cut, straight razor neck finish and scalp massage. First-time clients can book a New Client Legend Haircut that begins with a consultation. A Long Women's Cut and Style is also offered, with washes and styling charged separately.

The beard menu runs from a quick Beard Trim done with clipper guards only, through Beard Sculpting, which is freehand shaping for fuller beards finished with beard oil and an optional hot towel treatment. A Line Up adds a straight razor finish that defines the hairline and beard borders, and it can be added to any beard service. Beard Sculpting consultations are handled by Miranda Beers.

Color services are built around temporary grey blending. Options include a touch-up for grey in eyebrows, sideburns and neckline, an eyebrow-only blend, and a full Grey Blending service. The full blend is a temporary color for men that is expected to wash out by about four weeks.

The shave menu centers on the Elite Shave, a straight razor shave finished with hot towel wraps, a cool towel and aftershave, booked as a one-hour appointment. Clients who want a more tailored visit can choose the Marlen's Client versions of the Elite Cut and Legend Cut, which include extra consultation time.
