Toner and gloss treatments add shine and can soften warm tones, and the gloss results last about six to eight weeks. A sun-kissed highlight add-on gives a low maintenance glow around the face and can be added only to a haircut. Many color services can be paired with a haircut for a single visit.

Payment and cancellation terms are clear before the appointment. The studio accepts payment, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Clients who miss an appointment or cancel on the day are charged the full scheduled service to the card on file, and cancellations made within 48 hours are charged half of the scheduled service.
