Appointments take place in a private studio where the stylist is the only person in the room with the client. Clients are welcome to bring their own drinks and pick the music played during the visit. Appointments run Tuesday through Friday during daytime hours only, with no evening or weekend bookings, and haircut-only visits are not offered because every appointment includes color with a cut.

Sun-kissed highlights come in two sizes. A partial session refreshes highlights on the top section of the head, while a full session covers the whole head with customized highlights and balayage. Both include a luxe shampoo, haircut, blow dry and style, and a K18 treatment. Gray blending weaves out small sections near the part to leave some natural gray, uses no foils or lightener on the lengths, and is recommended for clients with 50% or less gray. Blending takes about a year to reach cheekbone length and about two years to reach shoulder length.

Sessions are all-inclusive, and prices are shown before booking, ranging from a $30 gray blending consultation to a $374 full sun-kissed color session. New clients complete an online intake form and then choose a time on the booking site, where a waitlist is also available for cancellations and openings. Booking opens on the 1st of each month for the first half of the next month and on the 15th for the second half. Gray blending consultations are arranged by email after the gray blending form is submitted.

The studio is built around low-maintenance highlighting and gray blending. Each appointment starts with learning what the client likes and dislikes before color and cut are chosen.
