Its stated mission is to hold high standards in the beauty industry while promoting inclusiveness and clean beauty practices. Stylists train with industry brands including Oribe, Goldwell, Davines, Redken, L'Oreal and Bellami.

Color is the core of the menu. A 30-minute color consultation, priced at $50, covers color goals, maintenance, application and pricing, and the fee is credited toward any color service booked afterward. Options include color with blow dry or haircut, glazes that tone out unwanted warmth between visits, face frame foil for accent highlights around the face, partial and full dimension, and corrective and creative color. Corrective and creative color each start at $500 and both require a consultation first. The studio recommends two partial dimension sessions for every full or signature session.

Appointments are required and are booked through Vagaro. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, can be made through Vagaro or by email, and are charged 50% within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not receive their service and are charged in full. Refunds are not issued for services performed, but a return visit can be requested within 7 days to address a problem. Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or debit card, while tips go directly to the stylist in cash or by Venmo.
