The menu covers cuts, color, highlights, styling and treatments. Color options include single process color, toner, root work, and corrective and creative color, which are priced on request. Highlights come in mini, half and full sizes, with low lights available as an add-on. Extensions are quoted after a consultation, keratin express and keratin smoothing treatments are offered, and wedding and formal styling is priced on request.

Visits can start with a complimentary cut and color consultation. Online booking requires an account, and color must be booked first, with a haircut or blow dry added as a second service; other services are arranged by calling the front desk. A $5 service fee applies to each visit, and extra time beyond the booked appointment is charged in 15-minute increments. The salon is open every day of the week, with later hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
