Services are grouped into Cuts and Styling, Color, Treatments and Add-on Services. Pricing is shown from Junior Stylist rates, and each step up in level (Stylist, Master Stylist, Master Stylist II) adds to the price, reflecting experience and demand on a stylist's time. Extra product, flat ironing, curling, and long or thick hair can add to the final cost. Extension pricing and color correction are set after a consultation.

Booking is straightforward but has a few requirements. A consultation is recommended for first-time color, which can be booked by calling the front desk or emailing photos. Credit cards are needed to secure first-time color, cut and smoothing appointments. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice; missed appointments without notice, including same-day bookings, are charged the full price.

Every color service includes a glaze along with a luxury shampoo and scalp massage. Smoothing treatments come with a full-size take-home shampoo and conditioner. The salon carries L'Oreal Professional, Davines and L'anza hair care lines, along with Mizani and Olaplex products used in its services.

Stylists ask detailed questions, listen to what each client wants, and design looks around the client's individuality, lifestyle and how much upkeep they want.
