Balayage is offered in a partial version and a full version, with the full version done by hand for a natural, sun-kissed result. Foil highlights are available in partial and full versions, with the partial version using a minimum number of foils placed in the chosen areas. Lighter clients can also book a toner or a root touch-up, and there are correction services for color that needs to be fixed.

Before any color service, the studio offers a free 15-minute color consultation to talk through the client's goal and the condition of their hair and to suggest which service fits. Extension clients must book a consultation before their first application. Sew-in and tape-in applications are offered, with the hair priced separately; tape-in clients receive a quote at consultation.

Outside of color, the studio offers women's and men's cuts, bang trims, blowouts, flat or curling iron styling, updos for special occasions, and photo sessions. Treatments include a deep conditioning treatment for dry hair, a scalp treatment, and a Brazilian blowout.

Booking policies: cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the total value. Returns, exchanges and refunds for products or services are not offered. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold, and messages are answered within 24 hours.
