Brow work is the core of the menu. Microblading and microshading are both offered, with microshading adding more depth through a combination of manual microblading and machine or manual shading. Other brow options include ombre brows, henna brows, brow lamination (which sets brow hair in a lifted shape for up to two months) and a brow lift with lamination. Brow touch-ups are generally recommended every 12 to 24 months, and a shorter 4-8 week touchup is charged separately from the first session. About 60 percent of clients need that shorter touchup after aftercare. Permanent makeup services include permanent lash enhancement, a permanent eyeliner that can be subtle or thicker, lip blushing, and dark lip neutralization for melanin-saturated lips, which often takes two to three sessions before other lip work.

A visit begins with a consultation. Clients select their permanent makeup shade then, and every microblading or microshading client approves symmetry, placement, shape and color before the procedure. Permanent makeup takes about four weeks for the skin to heal and the pigment to settle. Bookings can be made online, or by phone with a credit or debit card for the deposit. Ombre brow pricing varies by artist experience, and gift certificates from $100 to $1000 are sold toward services.

Skin care includes DMK Enzyme Therapy, Fibroblast, the LUXX Signature Facial, Procell Microchanneling with HGF, Sculplla and skin consultations. Consultations are performed by licensed therapists who cleanse and analyze the skin to build a tailored plan.

Every brow or permanent makeup procedure is planned around the individual, with the client approving the design before any work begins.
