Treatments use medical-grade skin care products, which are also sold at retail, and the spa uses state-of-the-art tools and equipment. Facials and chemical peels are tailored to each client. Other services include semi-permanent lash extensions in Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles, brow waxing, brow tinting and brow lamination, and facial waxing.

Makeup services are available both in the studio and on location for bridal parties, special events, senior photos and graduations. Bridal makeup comes as two sessions: a preview before the wedding and a separate session on the day itself. Wedding party members can also book makeup. Bridal makeup on location is requested by filling out an inquiry form, while in-studio bridal appointments can be booked directly.

The spa also teaches classes: makeup courses for beauty professionals and for beginners, eyelash extension training, and skincare theory. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any service, and a debit or credit card must be kept on file when booking. Appointments may be moved within 14 days of the original date, with at least 24 hours notice. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice incurs a charge of 50% of the appointment price. Unexpected cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged the full price.
