Services are grouped into brows, facials, lashes and waxing. Facials include a brightening treatment aimed at uneven tone and dullness, a customized signature facial with a deep cleanse and gentle exfoliation, and a dermaplaning facial that removes dead skin and fine vellus hair. Lash options range from tints and boosts to Korean lash lifts, refills and full sets in hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. Brow services include tinting and lamination, and waxing covers brows, lip, chin, sideburns and the full face.

Booking carries a few firm policies. Deposits are taken at booking and are non-refundable, though they can be moved to a new appointment if you need to reschedule. No-call/no-shows are charged the full service price, and clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be asked to pay in full when they book. Appointments more than 10 minutes late may be moved or cancelled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and cannot be refunded.

Nikki B is the esthetician on the team, and each appointment is planned around the individual client's needs. Clients with fewer than 30 percent of their lashes left are moved to a full set rather than a refill.
