All communication goes through the online booking system, since social media messages are not monitored, and clients must enter their email address correctly because the studio does not reach clients by other methods.

The menu is organized by client group. Adults can choose from two to ten feed-in or stitch braid styles, real hair braids, braids with weave, large stitch braids with curly buns, and freestyle with weave. Braid downs cover a sew-in or crochet base, or braids on the top or side of the head, up to a full head. Girls aged 2 to 10 can get real hair large, medium, or medium knotless braids with no weave. Men and boys can book braids, man buns, stitch braids, freestyle, and individual real hair braids.

Appointments open monthly. The next 30 days of the calendar are released on the last Sunday of each month at 8pm. A non-refundable $25 retainer secures every appointment and is applied to the final total, and the balance is paid in cash only. A 15-minute grace period applies, and an appointment is cancelled automatically after that. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours ahead through the confirmation email for the retainer to carry over. Changes made within 48 hours or on the same day are treated as cancellations and require a new deposit to rebook.

Hair must arrive clean, washed, and fully blow-dried, with no oils, leave-ins, or creams added. It must be at least 4 inches long all around. Appointments are not booked for clients with missing edges or visible bald spots. Crying or tender-headed children cannot be serviced, and their appointment is cancelled immediately if this happens. Style changes cannot be made on the day of the appointment, and add-ons such as small braids, designs, or waist-length options must be chosen at booking.

Work is planned around set rules for hair preparation, deposits, and timing, and every appointment is booked and confirmed through the studio's online system.
