The makeup menu covers a wide range of work: bridal and special occasion looks for events such as proms, graduations and anniversaries, makeup for galas, parties and red carpets, and editorial, fashion, photoshoot, and TV, film and video production work. The studio also offers special effects makeup for Halloween and theatrical performances, airbrush application, and tattoo cover-up and camouflage makeup.

The hair menu includes a large braid selection with cornrows, knotless and box braids, twists, crochet braids, faux locs and braid takedowns, for men, adults and kids, in a range of sizes and lengths. Sew-ins, closures, lace frontals, wig installation and styling appointments are also listed, along with ponytails, updos and half-up styles.

Brow and lash services include eyebrow tint, micro shading and touch-ups, false lashes and cluster lashes. The studio also teaches, with group makeup classes, one-on-one makeup classes and an eyebrow lesson.

Appointments are booked for 9am to 8pm Monday through Thursday, 8am to 9pm Friday and Saturday, and by appointment only on Sunday. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking, especially for weddings and events. Clients should give a minimum notice period to cancel, as late cancellations may carry a fee. If an artist has to cancel, the studio says it will try to arrange a replacement artist or reschedule at a time that suits the client. Payment is due in full at the time of service unless agreed in advance, and cash, credit and debit cards and electronic transfers are accepted.

The studio says it follows strict hygiene protocols and uses high-quality products and tools.
