Services range from perimeter retightening and biweekly shampoos between visits to full installations and reconstructions. Microlocs and sisterlocks retightening are priced in tiers by weeks since the last service, with longer gaps taking more time and costing more. Traditional locs services cover crown-only and full-head installs, retwisting, interlocking maintenance, crochet maintenance, repair and reconstruction.

New clients who are transferring locs from another stylist start with a 30-minute consultation, which is required for transfer clients. A confirmed transfer then has a six-hour initial session that includes a shampoo, grid redefinition, interlocking and minor repairs. Install clients are asked to arrive with their hair in its natural state and free of product.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit. Remaining balances can be paid by PayPal, Zelle or card, and card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Guests are not allowed to attend appointments with clients. Clients who run late should text the salon with their name and appointment time; a $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes, and appointments are canceled after 20 minutes. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service amount, and appointments should be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead to keep the deposit.

The salon also sells its own organic hair care products made for locs, online, along with gift certificates and an Elite VIP membership at $50 per month. Members get access to exclusive VIP appointment times, 10% off salon products and one complimentary add-on per service appointment.
