The business operates from a private upscale salon suite inside Renu Salon Suites in Pearland, and serves clients from Pearland, Houston, Rosharon, Missouri City, Manvel, Fresno and surrounding areas.

Visits are by appointment only, and some services start with a consultation to confirm fit, timing and scheduling. Clients don't need to shampoo before coming in. Because the suite is small, guests who aren't receiving services may be asked to wait outside when the room is crowded, so it's best to ask ahead before bringing someone. Sunday appointments can be requested, must be approved at least a week in advance, and are not guaranteed. A $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes late, with another $15 for each additional 10 minutes, and if the business is running 15 or more minutes behind, $15 is taken off the service total. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may prevent future booking.

Interlocking is offered for microlocs, not sisterlocks, which the business doesn't perform. Each session weaves every loc through its root to secure new growth, with pricing tiered by loc count: 120 or fewer, 121 to 149, 150 to 250, and 251 or more. Prices assume up to nine weeks of new growth, and longer growth or length from mid-back down takes extra time and costs more. Retwists cover established locs of up to 119, and clients with 120 or more microlocs book under Microloc Services.

Time and price can shift based on loc density, length, condition, buildup, detangling for loose hair services, and how long it has been since the last maintenance. Payment is by tap to pay, cash, or card entered through the booking website, and electronic payments include a small processing fee. Cash App and Zelle are not accepted. The business says its services are meant to support the integrity and longevity of clients' hair.
