The studio's focus is comfort, hair health and precision. Braiding is done tension-free and scalp-first, with clean parting, and the studio says every stylist is trained in this signature approach. It is best known for pain-free knotless braids and longer-lasting goddess, boho and stitch styles. A medium knotless French curl is $250 and takes about 240 minutes, and a small medium knotless boho French starts at $280.

Some braid services require a $20 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the service. Braiding hair is included in the price, and boho hair can be bought at the salon. Cash is preferred, and credit card payments carry a $5 convenience charge. Buy Now, Pay Later options are available through the booking site. A $20 late fee applies after 30 minutes, and appointments are cancelled after 35 minutes. No-call no-shows are charged 50% of the total service. Detangling carries a $25 charge if hair has not been washed, blow dried and detangled before the visit. Children are only allowed in the salon when they are receiving services with an adult. Beyond braids, the menu includes a 20-minute consultation at no charge, haircuts and styling from $70 to $75, gender neutral and actor style cuts, full-head lightening from $70 to $75, and colouring services from $70 to $75. Single-process color is $60, double-process is $70, and foilyage is $60. Men's cuts, cutting and massage, and personalized shaving are offered at $100 for 60 minutes or $145 for 90 minutes. Two monthly plans, a Basic Plan and a Family Plan, are each listed at $99 per month.

Policies: all sales are final, and refunds are not offered once a service has started or been completed. Concerns about a service should be raised with management before leaving, and approved adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of the appointment. Changing the original style during an appointment may add time and cost. Service may be refused for excessive disrespect toward staff or disruptive behavior.
