Lash sets are described as custom-mapped to each client's eye shape and lifestyle. The studio says appointments are not rushed and that its private suite is calm and kept sanitized. The suite has soft lighting, fresh flowers, warm blankets, weighted pillows and a snack bar. Clients receive an aftercare guide at their appointment, and the studio says sets are designed to last four to six weeks with proper aftercare.

The studio says it uses hospital-grade sterilization and premium lash products, and that its artists keep training in current techniques taught by established lash educators. Makeup can be worn with extensions, but waterproof mascara and oil-based removers should be kept off the lash line.

Booking is online or by phone or text. Online bookings need at least 12 hours' notice and a $25 deposit for one service, which secures the appointment once paid. Unpaid online bookings are released automatically after 30 minutes. Up to six services can be chosen for one online booking, scheduled back to back in a single visit. Refills from another lash artist are accepted in some cases, and acceptance varies. Lashes that were improperly isolated by another artist are not accepted for refill.

Free street parking is available outside Studio 15 on E 15th Street.

The studio builds each set around the client's eye shape and day-to-day look, starting with a consultation, and offers a range of styles from natural enhancement to full luxury volume.
