The salon accepts major credit cards, check or cash, but does not accept tips on credit cards. It asks for 48 hours' notice for cancellations: late cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment, and no-shows are charged the full amount and need a card on file to reschedule. Cancellations are made by phone directly with the salon.
