A free 30-minute consultation is available but not required before booking, and it is included with every service. Guests can use it to talk through their hair goals before the appointment. Wash-n-go packages of five visits are sold at a discounted price and can be used at any time, and the salon also offers a wash and set with or without lessons for guests who want styling help between cuts.

The portfolio shows curly cuts, wash-n-go styles and color work, including partial highlights, all-over color and vivid color. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, for any reason, and no-shows are charged a 30% fee.
