Global and full highlights lighten the hair from root to ends. Every highlighting and blonding formula includes toning and an Olaplex bonding treatment. Maintenance visits cover touch-ups, toners and full color services, and are priced as a flat fee that varies by artist; the fee includes an inclusions charge for the products and materials used.

Hair extensions are Natural Beaded Rows, hand tied with minimal points of contact to add length and fullness. The extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair and are colored and textured to blend with the client's natural hair. Only NBR-certified artists provide this service. The salon describes the method as a luxury option and as among the least damaging, most natural, lightweight and comfortable extension methods available. For hair replacement, topper pieces attach through the Microlines Crown System to add density and coverage at the crown. A temporary clip-in crown piece adds fullness and can be put on and taken off by the client. Combined methods bring together Natural Beaded Rows and the Microlines Crown System. Replacement pieces are hand colored, custom cut and texture matched.

Curly services are shaped around each client's curl type and texture. Women's curly haircuts include a curly style and conditioning treatment, and there is a separate kid curly haircut for clients up to age 12. A curly style set is available for naturally curly hair and includes a conditioning treatment. Curly highlights come in full and partial versions, with the partial service brightening the crown using techniques suited to curly textures.

The studio also runs a training program for newer stylists and those with some experience, typically lasting a year. It covers cutting and styling, coloring, hair extensions, hair replacement and growing a clientele. Participants can move through the program at their own pace and test in at a higher skill level. Applicants submit an online form and may include a resume and an Instagram link. The home page also invites visitors to ask about an assisting program.
