Lash services start with a quick option called lash clusters, which is not eyelash extensions and lasts one to two weeks. Classic and volume mini sets can be booked only 10 days after a previous lash service. Full sets come in classic, Angel, Wet Look and volume styles, and refills are offered in the same styles. Lash removal is also available.
Refills generally need at least 30 percent of the previous lashes still in place; otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Permanent makeup touch-ups are scheduled either six to eight weeks after the first session or at one year or more.
Hours run Tuesday through Thursday, with Tuesday 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM. Most bookings require a deposit, and rebooking for a different day needs a new one. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 60 percent of the service price and the deposit is non-refundable. Clients who do not call or show up are charged the full price and banned from further booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
The studio also offers a three-day, one-on-one eyelash extension course for $1,000. It covers classic and volume techniques along with theory and fundamentals. Students receive a lash kit with in-house products and a TDLR-approved lash book.
