The salon operates Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday through Thursday. Services outside normal working hours are available for an additional $50.

Booking requires a deposit. Most services need one between $10 and $50, paid when the appointment is booked, and appointments are not held without it. Deposits are added to the service price, and they are non-refundable and generally not applied to a later visit unless arranged in advance. The balance is paid through Zelle or Cash App.

Arriving 15 minutes late results in a $25 late fee, and appointments are canceled once a client is 20 minutes late. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. The stylist does not work over another stylist's existing work.
