The salon's hair loss and scalp work begins with a consultation led by a USTI-certified trichologist. A digital scalp scan produces a printed Scalp and Hair Health Report Card, and the Root Cause Hair Loss Consultation ends with a step-by-step treatment plan. The salon is clear that this is not a medical diagnosis. Follow-up options include a 90-day progress check-up, OxyScalp oxygen treatment, and the Follicle Awakening session, which combines red light therapy, Meridian brush therapy, follicle scope analysis and an oxygen spray. The salon describes these hair loss therapies as science-backed.

Hair services include silk presses, including wash day versions using the Cécred haircare collection, and a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, which the salon says lasts up to 12 weeks. The All-Inclusive version adds take-home Brazilian Blowout shampoo, conditioner and Ionic Bond Builder. Color ranges from single process and highlights to balayage, toner, gray root touch-ups and color correction. Braids, sew-in extensions, lace frontal ponytails and lace wig installs are also offered. Sew-in installs use the in-house Bougie Bundles hair line, and sew-in lengths over 22 inches are a custom order with added charge and up to seven business days for delivery.

The salon operates membership plans for recurring silk presses, rod sets, wash and go visits and gray root touch-ups. Joining a membership within 30 days credits the Root Cause Hair Health Check-Up toward the first month. Memberships must be used within the same billing cycle, and members book each included service on the regular booking page. Remi, the owner, also runs Remi Beauty Holdings LLC, which operates four businesses along the 300 block of Main Street in Humble and leases salon spaces and suites to small business owners. Services are not refundable because of the artistic nature of the work, and tweaks and adjustments are honored for one week from the date of service.
