Appointments take time, so clients are asked not to book when they are in a rush. A non-refundable deposit of $30 to $100 is due right after booking and is applied to the balance, which is paid in cash only. Clients can move an appointment to another day without losing the deposit, and cancellations are requested 24 to 48 hours ahead. Coloring clients should drop off hair bundles no later than two days before the appointment.
Clients running late should call the salon, and a 20-minute grace period applies before an appointment is canceled. A same-day appointment booked after a cancellation carries a $50 fee. A no-call or no-show is charged the full service fee to the card on file. The salon is not responsible for hair fixtures or damage after clients leave, and all sales are final with no refunds.
