Each service is listed with a price and an estimated time, which runs from about 2 hours for a lace front or frontal touch-up to 10 hours for a micro twist. Several services include the hair, such as the kids braids and the boho braids with one bundle of curls. For others, clients bring their own hair, including the tape-in and micro-link extensions, the distressed soft locs, and the kinky and passion twists.

Some services have size or length options, and smaller box braid sizes are available as an add-on. Hair limits and extra costs are set per service: the crochet braid service accepts up to 10 packs with a fee for each additional pack, boho braids take one bundle of curls with a fee for each extra bundle, and hair color and human hair are available as add-ons. Straight cornrows are offered for hair that is relaxed or straight in texture.
