LuvYours Beauty Bar is on Delaware Avenue in Kenmore and lists an owner and three artists on its team. Services are grouped under Luvly Lashes, Luvly Nails, Luvly Brows and Luvly Toes, and bookings are made through ChairWatch. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed on Sundays.

Every booking needs a non-refundable deposit of 20% to 50% of the service total. One deposit is taken off the total, while a separate convenience fee is added to each deposit and is not deducted. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 36 hours ahead, once per deposit and within the same month, and a deposit can move to one reschedule if that reschedule falls within policy limits. Three reschedules or three cancellations in a row end the ability to book, and a no-call no-show forfeits the deposit, may be charged the remaining balance, and ends booking after one occurrence.

On the day, clients have a 15-minute grace period and are asked to phone the salon if running late. According to the home page, arriving late costs $15, and a late fee applies once a client is 10 minutes late. Clients are asked to come alone, bring children only when they are being serviced, and stay home with flu-like symptoms. Nails, brows, face and toes should be bare on arrival, though gel polish is allowed, or clients can book a soak off or gel removal. The salon does not go over work done by other beauticians. A waiting room is available while a previous client is still being served. Payment is by cash or card, with a 3% fee on card payments, and gift cards are sold at $25, $50, $100 and $150.
