Facial options run from a 30-minute Quick Fix at $80, which includes a double cleanse, dermaplaning, light chemical exfoliation, hydration and SPF, up to a 120-minute Cloud Nine session at $225 with steam, extractions, LED light therapy, massage and a CBD eye treatment. Local Glow is a 60-minute facial at $150. Clean Freak, at $180 for 90 minutes, is an acne-focused facial with extractions, three masque applications and spot treatment. Peel Power Hour at $200 is an hour-long session built around a 30% lactic peel. Dermaplaning is not included with Clean Freak or Peel Power Hour and can be added for a fee. Facials use Glymed+ and Buffalo Gal Organics products.

Brow lamination at $105 and the lift and lamination combo at $185 include brow waxing and tinting, with lash tint added to the combo. A keratin lash lift is $105. Lash extension full sets come in Classic ($160), Angel ($190) and Volume ($220), with fills at $70, $90 and $100. Brow waxing is $25, underarm and full butt are $25 each, bikini is $60, and a full Brazilian at $80 covers the front and the butt strip. Brazilian plus underarm or brow is $95. A first-time Brazilian is $60 for new clients, clients who have waxed elsewhere, and current clients. Other Brazilian combinations are listed on the booking site.

Ear piercing is offered for all ages using flat-back implant grade titanium jewelry. A lobe piercing for ages 5 and up is $50, an infant or toddler lobe piercing for ages 3 months to 4 years is $60, and individual piercings such as helix or conch are $40. Jewelry ranges from $30 to $50 per piece and is added to the piercing fee. Disposable catheter-style needles are used for every piercing, and initial piercings use jewelry the studio provides. The studio pierces minors. Permanent jewelry is custom welded and is also available for private group parties.

Clients can call or text 716-713-8010, and the studio says text is the better option. Instagram messages at @thecollectiveskinandsoul are answered during business hours. Appointments are set on the quarter hour, with a 9-minute grace period. Late clients who cannot be accommodated are charged 50% of the service total, while weather-related lateness is not charged. Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead carries no charge; within 24 hours, clients must text and a 50% fee applies. No-shows are charged 50% and must pay before rebooking. The plaza parking lot is shared with other businesses, and street parking is available on both side streets.

The studio was founded to combine skincare with inner wellbeing, and its facial menu is laid out by named treatments with stated times and prices.
