Color is central to the menu, from single process and foil services to balayage, ombré and hair extensions. Balayage, ombré, creative color, vivid color and extensions are arranged through a consultation, so their prices are not listed. The salon uses the Goldwell Color system, which runs from permanent color to gentle toner, along with Olaplex products and Virtue Labs products. According to the salon, Virtue Labs products contain Alpha Keratin 60ku, a keratin derived from human hair.

Booking online is preferred. The salon has no receptionist, and staff cannot answer the phone while attending clients, so appointment reminders are sent by email and text but are not guaranteed. Clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early. An appointment is not guaranteed if the client is more than 15 minutes late and may be shortened or rescheduled. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged half the appointment cost and no-shows without a call are charged the full cost. Pets and children under six are not allowed without prior approval, and clients may bring one other person.

Color services are priced individually and do not include a blow dry or haircut finish. A blow dry is a separate, additionally charged service and cannot be done as a self-blow dry in the salon. Payment is due on completion of the service. The salon accepts cash, checks and major credit cards, and gratuities can be paid to the provider in cash, by Venmo or by credit card. Gift cards are bought in person and cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or gratuity, or replaced if lost. Product returns receive full credit toward another product rather than a refund.
