Extension visits begin with a complimentary consultation in the salon, and every extension guest receives a personalized plan before any hair is applied. The process moves from a discovery consult to custom design, the installation day, aftercare and a maintenance schedule. Great Lengths re-installs are typically every three to five months, and IBE re-installs every five to eight weeks. Clients can color their hair while wearing extensions, and the extensions can be glossed or deepened to match. Hair toppers and Temporary Halo Couture are also offered, and hair toppers begin with a required consultation and scalp health assessment. The salon also runs a postpartum extension program.

Haircuts are customized to the client's style and preferences, with an average appointment of about one hour, longer for long or thick hair or a detailed cut. Color services include foil, balayage and dimensional color, and every color service includes a blow dry. Cut and color are priced by the hour according to stylist level, and cuts are included in color appointments when enough time is booked.

Verde Unwind is the facial area within the salon, a separate quiet room for holistic skincare. Treatments combine reflexology, gua sha, lymphatic drainage, meditation and aromatherapy, and facials are built around custom blends made from a collection of raw botanicals. Services range from a 30-minute express facial to a 90-minute sculpting facial.
