About

Every service includes a consultation and guidance on at-home care, and the salon says its work covers all hair types and textures. New guests and anyone who has not been back in six months or more book a New Guest Package, which includes a consultation, everything needed for the package, and a haircut and blowdry. Hair extensions, smoothing treatments and vivid transformations are also set after a consultation. Some color services need a second service booked with them, such as toner, a haircut or a blowdry, and color removal can only be added to another appointment.

The menu covers brow and lip threading, bang trims, clipper cuts, standard and curly cuts, toner and cut combinations, gloss, root retouching, all-over color, foil highlights, lightening packages, gray coverage, corrective color, and a blonding package for highlighted hair. Keratin Express and Cezanne smoothing treatments reduce frizz for roughly 8 to 16 weeks depending on the treatment. Styling includes blowouts, event updos, bridal updos and bridal hair and makeup, which is priced by email.

Visits are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday. Junior Stylists work alongside an Advanced or Master Stylist who supervises each service, and some complex or corrective work is booked jointly with a senior stylist. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, with a 50% fee for shorter notice and an 80% fee for no-shows. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or have services shortened. Complimentary street parking is available, along with hot and cold drinks and snacks including gluten-free options, device chargers at each station, and a refresh station with quick-fix items. Children's cuts are offered, with children asked to come in only for their own service.

The salon works across all hair types and textures, with a consultation and at-home care guidance built into each service, and it aims to give stylists education and support.
