The menu is broad. Box braids come in several sizes and styles, including knotless, goddess and boho knotless options. Cornrows range from simple feed-in patterns to stitch cornrows and Alicia Keys cornrows. Crochet services include faux locs, loose braids and locs with individual pieces, along with several locs styles such as Luscious Locs, butterfly locs and distress locs. Twists include Nubian, passion, spring, kinky, Havana, rope, island and mini styles. Updos and custom wigs are also offered, and the business says hair is included in most braiding prices. It supplies the hair products used in every service and provides hair for about 90% of its services.

Appointments run from about two and a half hours to about ten hours, depending on the style. Clients should arrive with clean, washed hair, and shampoo is available for an extra fee. Children aged 12 and older pay adult prices. Only the client may attend the appointment unless the client is a child. Arriving more than 15 minutes late adds a $10 fee.

Policies include a 24-hour cancellation window, with deposits usable toward rescheduling. A 7-day come-back service applies to styles that have not been tampered with, excluding updos and cornrows. Travel services are available to clients who have booked at least three times, for an extra fee. Same-day or emergency appointments are offered for an additional $25 plus the style price. Clients can earn a $15 referral discount and a $15 birthday discount.
