On the hair side, the menu covers detangling, retwists, coils, loc take-downs, feed-ins, twists, boho and knotless braids, and crochet braids. New clients can book a paid hair consultation to talk through their goals, desired style and price range, and the fee goes toward a later service. Retwisting under 100 locs is done without a style, and the wash is booked as a separate appointment.

The nail menu includes gel manicures and pedicures, Gel-X extensions in several lengths and shapes, sculpted gel overlays and fills, and toe enhancements using polygel or tips. Soak-offs remove gel polish, Gel-X sets or sculpted work. Nail art is offered in three tiers, from simple accents on a few fingers to detailed or layered designs on every nail. A classic manicure covers trimming, shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage and a buff and polish.

Booking terms are set out clearly. A 75% cancellation fee plus a 20% gratuity applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
