Open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 4 pm, Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm; the studio is closed Sundays and Mondays. Same-day appointments are not offered. The business describes itself as committed to professionalism.

A $25 deposit is due immediately after booking, is paid through Cash App, and is applied to the total service charge but cannot be refunded; loyalty clients do not pay it. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours ahead can be rescheduled without an extra deposit. A cancellation inside that window carries a fee of half the total service, payable before booking again, and a no-call, no-show leads to being permanently blocked from booking.

Consultations are required before color, loc extensions and loc repairs and are preferred before starter locs; the consultation fee is waived when an appointment is booked. Prices quoted as starting amounts depend on the work involved, and retwists and styling are not included with color services.
