The salon works mainly by appointment and welcomes walk-ins when chairs are open. It is open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Hair services include cuts for women, men and children, color from balayage and foil highlights to lowlights, gloss and toning, and color correction, which starts with a consultation and can be planned across several sessions. Treatments include Progressiva keratin smoothing, hair botox and scalp treatment with deep conditioning. Consultations for color, smoothing and extension services are free whether or not the service is booked.

Skin services are performed by licensed specialists in a separate esthetics room. A deep cleansing facial includes a double cleanse, steam, exfoliation, extractions, a custom mask, serum and moisturizer. Facials are usually recommended every four to six weeks, and first-time clients receive a consultation at the start of the appointment. Clients using retinoids, strong acids, isotretinoin or acne prescriptions should say so at booking, since treatment may change.

The bridal team offers bridal hair and makeup, a bridal hair trial, and hair and makeup or styling for wedding parties, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens and prom. The salon says its bridal team has five specialists who work on hair and makeup side by side. Wedding bookings are best made six to eight weeks ahead, and May, June, September and October fill first.

Post-operative lymphatic drainage is a recovery massage that follows the client's surgeon's protocol, performed in a private room in sessions of about an hour. A typical course runs about ten to fifteen sessions over four to six weeks and is adjusted session by session. The salon does not treat clients with an active surgical-site infection, suspected blood clot, open wound or untreated cancer without doctor clearance, and refers lymphedema diagnoses to a certified lymphedema therapist. It states that lymphatic drainage does not cause weight loss. Modeling massage is booked by the session, with packages available; package prices are not published, and the first conversation about it is free and is not a sales appointment.

Sessions are paced to the client, with post-operative care scheduled around the surgeon's protocol and modeling massage planned individually for each visit.
