The salon may decline to work over extensions it considers harmful to lash health and may advise removing them entirely.

The lash lift and tint is a semi-permanent treatment that lifts, curls and colors natural lashes, and it generally lasts about eight weeks. Results depend on natural lash length. Brow services pair waxing, which removes unwanted hair and shapes the brows, with a semi-permanent tint.

Booking requires a $30 deposit, which is forfeited if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. Clients have a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price of the service. Walk-ins are not accepted and same-day bookings are rarely possible, so calling ahead to check availability is recommended. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and skin and to avoid caffeine before their visit.
