The salon focuses on blonde work, color corrections, hair extensions and Brazilian Blowouts. Its services are grouped into all haircuts, color, treatments, styling, wedding hair, hair extensions, makeup and lash extensions. Color corrections and hair extensions begin with a complimentary consultation, and toner and exotic colors can be added to any color or cut or booked on their own. The salon also travels to clients for weddings and special events.

Appointments can be booked by phone or through the online consultation form, which the salon says gets a response from a stylist within 24 hours. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved amount, while no-shows are charged in full. Bookings made within 24 hours must be cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment time or are charged 50%. Multi-service bookings and combos are held with a credit card, which may also be placed to hold any appointment time, and they are charged in full if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

The studio is open Monday to Wednesday from 8am to 9pm, Thursday from 10am to 2pm, closed Friday, Saturday from 8am to 5pm and Sunday from 8am to 4pm.
