Every new extension, enhancement or hair loss service begins with a consultation. For extensions, the consultation covers color match, the method and a plan for the hair, and pricing is confirmed before any hair is installed. The salon is certified in three extension methods and chooses among them based on hair density, scalp and routine.
Custom hair enhancements add hair where a client's own hair has thinned, using a topper, mesh integration or added density. They are offered to women with hair loss from thinning, alopecia or medical treatment. Enhancements are cosmetic: they do not regrow hair or treat the cause of hair loss. They need some of the client's own hair to attach to, and if an area has little hair left, the options are discussed. Clients with sudden or fast-changing hair loss are advised to see a doctor first. Thinning and hair loss services take place in a private room.
Outside extensions and enhancements, the salon offers cuts planned around face shape, texture and daily routine, with blowouts and finishing. Color ranges from soft dimension to full transformations, and bleach, tone and vivid color consultations are complimentary. Smoothing services reduce frizz and include extra care for hair and scalp. Special occasion styling covers weddings, events and celebrations, including bridal trials and updos.
Final prices are set at the appointment, since the menu figures are only a baseline that shifts with hair length, hair density and how involved the service is. Move-ups for extensions and refits on extensions a client already wears can be booked online. Head spa treatments are not offered; the nearest option is a scalp massage.
