Every appointment begins with a consultation, and the salon offers a free 15-minute consultation for new clients and anyone considering a major change. Stylists talk through goals, hair history, maintenance and lifestyle before work starts. Extension work also starts with a consultation before any hair is ordered. Adjustments are made every six to eight weeks, and an install can last roughly six to nine months with home care.

Services are priced a la carte, and pricing is tiered by stylist level, from Designer to Owner. Color is charged by the gram or ounce and depends on hair density and the amount of product used, and the stylist confirms the exact price before any work begins. Bleach and tone, fashion colors, corrective color and extensions are priced after a consultation. All color services include a complimentary conditioning mask, and cuts include a blow-dry.
