The lash menu covers removal and tinting, regular fills, Korean lash lifts with or without tint, and three extension styles: classic, which applies one extension to each natural lash; hybrid, which blends single extensions with handmade fans; and volume, which applies multiple lightweight extensions to each lash. Fills are matched to how long it has been since the last visit. Mini fills are touch-ups booked within seven days, standard fills are typically recommended every two to three weeks, and extended fills suit heavier shedding or more than three weeks between appointments.

Brow services include tinting, tinting with waxing, lamination, and a brow trio that lifts, shapes and tints. Facials range from a 40-minute express facial to custom 60- and 90-minute sessions, plus a chemical peel that the studio describes as reducing fine lines, uneven pigmentation and dullness. Waxing ranges from chin and lip to a full-body package that includes Brazilian, full legs, brows, lip and underarms.

The Lucky Lash Club membership costs $175 a month and includes two 60-minute lash fills and one 90-minute fill each month, free lash removal when a new set is wanted, and 10% off other services, including full sets. New clients pay a deposit for most services, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.

Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows incur a $50 charge and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Each service is performed deliberately and with close attention to detail. The salon aims to make visits feel secure, friendly and at ease, so clients are able to unwind during their appointment.
