Every visit starts with a personalized consultation about the client's style, daily routine and goals, and each treatment comes with aftercare instructions. Lash extensions are applied with a keratin-based adhesive and a swiping technique, using Japanese-made extensions. Lash lifts use a cysteamine-based lotion with heat to help the solution work on the lash, and the business says results can last six to seven weeks. Brow lamination uses a Japanese-formulated lotion applied with heat and comes in three finishes: natural and defined, fluffy and textured, or sleek and structured.

Appointments are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Lash fills are recommended every two to four weeks depending on style and retention. If more than 40 percent of lashes are gone at a fill, the visit is charged as a full set. Clients are asked to have extensions removed at the salon rather than at home, and to avoid hot showers or baths for the first 24 hours after extensions. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. A fix can be requested within five days of a full lash set and is done by the same technician. Fixes do not apply to touch-ups. If a fix does not resolve a concern, the business offers store credit for future services with the same provider. Services are non-refundable.
