Lash extensions are the main offering, in five styles: Classic, which places one extension on one natural lash ($160); Hybrid, which mixes classic and volume extensions ($180); Volume, for a fluffy, bold look ($220); Anime, with wispy, spiky, doll-like lashes ($190); and a Bottom Set that adds definition along the lower lashes as an optional add-on ($40). Refills are recommended every two to three weeks. Lashes applied at another salon cannot be refilled; they need to be removed and a new set applied.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers a Korean Lash Lift, a perm-based treatment that curls lashes from the root, priced at $85 or $95 with tint. The studio states that results last six to eight weeks. Brow lamination reshapes brow hairs for a fuller, lifted look and costs $90, or $105 with tint, and brow bleaching lightens brows for $30. Facial waxing covers eyebrows, upper lip, chin, sideburns and full face, and is only available alongside another service.

Policies: a $25 deposit is required per appointment, applied to the final price and non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with 48 hours' notice. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to cancellation. Payment is taken by Zelle or cash.

Training is offered in three one-month courses, each costing $2,450 and including a supplies kit and lunches. Classic Lash Training is a foundation class for beginners and artists rebuilding fundamentals. Volume Lash Training is an intermediate class on handmade fans, diameters and volume balance. Lash Design Training is advanced, covering lash mapping, asymmetry correction and custom designs. Classes are small, with two to four students, and currently take waitlist sign-ups. Classic and Volume courses meet once a week for four weeks, while Lash Design Training is four full intensive days.

Designs are built around each client's eye shape, lifestyle and desired look, and are sets made by hand to enhance rather than overpower natural features.
